This was amazing. Lovely toast, topped with a beetroot hummus, veggies and seeds. A side salad is optional too. An Absolutely yummy light lunch.
Bali bowls is a fully vegan cafe, serving açai and smoothie bowls, hot food, drinks and desserts. All vegan, all delicious. This is what Nîmes needs more of: this is not a very vegan-friendly city, they still celebrate corrida here for goodness sake. so having a place like Bali bowls in the midst of all this atrocity is welcome indeed.
