Lovely hash browns! I made them in the over and they came out really crispy. Great courgette & spinach taste; maybe because these are my two favourite veggies.

Love these and the cauliflower ones. Mmmm.
We prefer the cauliflower and have 3-4 bags in the freezer all the time when we can find them on sale. They aren’t cheap sadly.
