Amazing! I absolutely love the vegan oysters Rockefeller for my starter.
They didn't taste super fishy or salty. I've never actually had oysters Rockefeller so I can't compare how close to the original this tastes.
But I was very impressed with the creativity and use of different ingredients in this dish I recommend it!
