Next Level founders, Matt and Cierra de Gruyter, took their big idea and risked everything to see it come to life. Cierra and Matt, a former Marine with a successful private equity career, had a comfortable life for their young family. It was an average tasty chocolate chip cookie! My wife introduced me to this vegan chain. I enjoy the food but apparently the quality has decreased over the years. Food quality is hit or miss.
