Review of Shroomami at sweetgreen by atwilley

This was such a delicious salad! Hearty and flavorful. I added the chickpeas and I would substitute the beet for sweet potatoes next time. The beets taste like crispy water. But loved the dressing! The mushrooms and tofu complimented each other perfectly.
