okay so if you’re vegan this is the place for you. it is unbelievably vegan friendly, the chef being a vegan, which is evident when reading the menu. i’ve never had banana blossom but i’m a CHANGED person, fish can be super hard to imitate so props to them. lots of other vegan options so i will 1000% be back when i can.
