Idk if I got a defective item or it's just supposed to be like this (I certainly hope not cos idk who in their right mind would approve this to be sold), but this is literally unusable and sadly had to go straight to the trash! The product was completely dried up and it was like touching a piece of solid wax. I thought there was a plastic film on it and tried to scrape it off with my fingernail (you can see a bit of it on my thumb LOL) but nope! Heard their other putty products are not bad but now I'm leery of them 😬
