Review of Polenta at Cafe Flora by snl017
Cafe Flora is all vegetarian, and this dish can easily be made vegan by removing the cheese on top. Three triangles of polenta, topped with crunchy nuts and and peas and onions, and surprisingly *cherries* that were actually an amazing flavor combination. The spread underneath is a vegan pesto. The polenta is always on the menu, they just change the toppings seasonally. It was a little small and a little lukewarm and a little expensive, but tasty nonetheless.
