This was a really tasty Thai style curry from the specials menu with tofu and mixed veg in a delicious sauce with great flavours of coconut & ginger served with savoury rice. 🥥🧄🥕🧅🥘
Located in a very rural area of Wales (where there is a lot of animal agriculture) this cafe in the health food store is a real gem.
All food is vegan or veggie & they have homemade specials that vary daily, always including several vegan options (& they're always delicious!).
The seating area upstairs also features the work of local artists with the exhibition changing regularly. 🎨
