wow. best appetizer. ever.
the crispy cauliflower was the perfect tenderness and mix of a crispy exterior. there was sauteed garlic and pine nuts that were crunchy and added such a depth in flavour, and some crispy mint leaves that tasted crisp and delicious.
and then there was the sauce it was coated in. oh it sent me to heaven with the angels. a lime sauce was smothered all over it that gave it such a unique flavour and coating i have never tasted anything quite like it. it is $8 for a small dish but is so worth it if you come here. an absolute must. no excuses.
