I'm not a fan o bowls, but this one os amazing. I can't even remember all the ingredients on it. 3 types of Quinoa, carrots, wakame seaweed, edamame, roasted pineapple, etc... So much stuff! Very pleasing, great combination, and i added an extra slice of crispy miso tofu. Perfect.
