Flat rice noodles drenched in savoury black bean sauce and assorted vegetables including bell pepper, bittergourd, cabbage, cauliflower, and shiitake mushrooms. Wished there could have been some protein (since hor fun usually contains meat slices, prawns, or fishcake); tofu would have tasted good with this sauce (reminiscent of mapo tofu). Otherwise maybe 2 pax can share this as a main since the serving size is large, and get a protein side to share! ($7)
