Made by Plant Based Papi, this consisted of a seasoned Impossible Foods patty, garlic aioli, arugula, beefsteak tomato, cashew mozzarella, balsamic glaze, and basil pesto on a garlic-buttered potato bun. It was full of flavor with a pleasing mix of meaty and creamy. Served with a side of house-cut fries and spicy vegan ranch.
