This is a natural Coconut yogurt. In terms of taste is what you would expect from a natural yogurt, tastes bitter and a bit bland, in my opinion it's not a very good taste, I prefer sweet things. However I'd say the appeal is to make other desserts and/or cakes using this yogurt, like you would any natural yogurt, in that regard I think it does a pretty good job!
