It is great to see plant based cheese being made in Australia however it has a lot of room for improvement.
This plant based cheese has a very starchy consistency when sliced and eaten cold and the flavour is not quite there yet… the melt factor is fairly average in my opinion, there is a lot of room for improvement with this product especially regarding: nutrition, taste, texture and performance.
