I got excited when I saw a new vegan product on the shelves of my local Trader Joe’s! 

This is pretty good but I’m not head over heels for it. It was nice as a light main course for dinner on a really hot night here in the desert! 

It’s super crunchy! I kept thinking that it would be good in place of plain old ‘greens’ in a wrap!
