Dined out at Saigon Vegan (formerly Inner Peace Cafe) in Garden Grove for the first time this weekend, and I have to say the food was great! This dish is a rice noodle soup with vermicelli noodles, tomatoes, fish cake, oyster mushroom/, tofu, green onion, fried onion, and Vietnamese ham (all vegan of course). Came with toppings to personalize to your liking. Probably one of the best noodle dishes I’ve had in a while. Highly recommend! #veganisnotscary
