Next Level founders, Matt and Cierra de Gruyter, took their big idea and risked everything to see it come to life. Cierra and Matt, a former Marine with a successful private equity career, had a comfortable life for their young family. Stand-Up Burgers

The new Kimchi Beef Bowl at Veggie Grill was tasty. It wasn't as crave worthy as their melts, but if you want a healthier option, this dish is a good choice. It comes with tomatoes, yams, broccoli, kimchi couscous and vegan beef. The couscous packs a bit of spice, but you can easily manage it with sips of water in between bites, if you're sensitive to heat. It's not the kind of spice that lingers or spreads in your mouth. I paid a little extra for an added avocado, which was a nice touch.
