Entire loaf is very soft. Crumb and crust. They do use Olive oil in this bread. Can't remember exactly what are the ingredients(other than they are all vegan). They use japanese bread flour and malt. Slight tang, not very strong sourdough taste. The seeds add to the aromatics. $8.50 for 420g(after bake) loaf
