I found this at Trader Joe’s recently. We’re not gluten free, but I needed a pre-made (I suck at crusts) vegan pie crust for a pot pie. I decided to make it a double crust, and followed the video directions on the Wholly Wholesome website. It turned out great! Nice, flaky texture, and delicious flavor. This will be my new go-to frozen crust.
