Review of Beetroot hummus Toast at Bootlegger Coffee Company by varivegan

This amazing dish had a vegan option swap with no additional charge - the eggs and feta were swapped for balsamic mushrooms. We got a second slice of sourdough for no extra charge. Such a simple dish but absolutely flavorful and delicious.
