WOW look at that beauty!!!!!! when it came we all gasped hahaha. this was incredible as well, tofu had this bouncy texture and reminded me of an omelette? the emulsion unfortunately dissolved when I tried to cut through it haha but it had quite a distinct taste! the vegetable riso was very yummy too. loved the rice krispies for added crunch! there was something very asian about this dish which my family and I loved
