I went to Acorn for the first time to celebrate my 2 year veganniversary and I got the panzanella salad and the lemon-blueberry muffin. The pumpkin cheesecake was a gift because I mentioned I was celebrating my veganism!! It’s a beautiful non-profit and food resource place not only with yummy food and coffee but also a food pantry. A place the people in Eugene definitely need to celebrate.
