Best vegan Parmesan ever, actually nicer than real Parmesan. I grew up eating a lot of Italian food and really struggled to find an alternative when I gave up dairy. This is so salty and delicious, and lasts forever in the fridge. It’s pricey but like I said, lasts forever so we’ll worth the price. I will always have some of this in my fridge.
