'Yellow lentils from Santorini cooked and blended with herbs and spices, topped with Santorini capers and onions'.

I wanted to get something other than humous as a starter and the waitress recommended this fava. I didn't know what it would taste or look like but I didn't enjoy it really. Not my favourite texture and just a bit of a bland taste. Just not for me I guess! Glad I tried it though. #therealgreek
