Went on a little adventure to Lancaster and visited a few vegan cafes. The Herbarium was beautifully decorated and felt so welcoming and homely. I would of took pictures however it was quite busy! This dish was superb, my non vegan friend ordered it and loved it! Of course, I had to try some and found it amazing and sweet. The ice cream was realistic and paired well with the Berry compote. 10/10!
