Wow I was curious how they were going to make watermelon taste like tuna and boy was it AMAZING. However they grilled and seasoned that watermelon made it taste so savory and was an excellent vegan interpretation of tuna sushi. Gorgeous bowl chocked full of veggies and sticky rice. 100% recommend to try this unique expietence
