I was very excited to try this, and the first little dip off the end of a spoon was remarkably honey-like. The problem started when I grabbed it the following day and the entire bottle had fully crystallized. I tried several ways of getting at that sweet nectar, including the one listed on their website - a warm water bath, but none have worked so far.
I hope this issue is not a universal one, and wish this (obviously very positive) company the best of luck.
