This is the main dish, that you can compose from the Bio essere Buffet ( I suggest to arrive early to have more choices). The price is a little expensive, it depends on the by of the plate. The good thing is that you can make your own mix, even trying every vegan dish of the day.
Tofu with black olives and cherry tomatoes was well balanced and tasty.
