I picked up this Soligrano Mexican style veg burger pack from Farmer Jacks for $1.94 down from $6.45…a bargain!
You just mix the packet ingredients with hot water and let it sit for 15 minutes before shaping into patty’s and shallowing frying until crispy.
I really liked the crispy texture and that it firmed up when finished cooking. The taste was nice but I think it would be even tastier in a burger with salad and sauces. I just ate it with some quinoa and veggies for dinner.
