Rasam is a comforting clear and spicy South Indian soup, often had with sambar rice or by itself. A tomato base made with tamarind, tomatoes, spices and herbs. I’m usually very sus about burgers but this was so flavourful! Stacked between their house-made tomato spread and coriander spread, is the #TiNDLE chicken itself, bursting with rasam flavours and breaded with puffed rice, cherry tomatoes and an appalam/papadam on top.
At $10, it’s probably the most affordable way to try TiNDLE.
