Brewer's yeast is a protein and energy additive powder, it's vegan and a good dietary supplement for a bit of extra oomph in meals. Has a distinctive creamy slightly bitter taste, so doesn't compliment every dish, here it is added to a spaghetti tomato sauce, and that's fine
