Kat Von D is a classic!!! The eyeliner is completely vegan, along with all other Kat avon D makeup products. It’s pretty dark, and it’s pretty easy to apply. It can get dry, so I tend to run the back of my hand under the sink for a moment, and use the eyeliner there to absorb the moisture before applying it to my lash line. The dramatic looking picture of my eyes was taken after a full day of walking around San Francisco, where the wind was causing my eyes to tear up continuously. I’ve still got a fair amount of eyeliner in place, so I’m going to call this product a big win, A+, 10/10.
