Clambering off my kerusi tinggi to eat rakyat food, in tribute to the government's tone-deaf instant noodle message a couple of days ago 😒 This supermarket brand produces decent vegan #slicedbread (though on shared equipment, take note). You certainly taste the effect of the preservatives etc. on the texture and freshness of the #bread, but then you get an entire #wholewheat loaf like that for RM3.70. It's a significant markup from their hazardous enriched white bread product, yet way cheaper than the artisanal stuff I usually buy 😏 Some mornings I just want to roll out of bed and eat bread with berry jam, so 🤷♂️
In all seriousness, spare a thought for those who are struggling financially right now. If you're donating bread, pick Massimo as they have a vegan-friendly range and have as a company killed fewer beings than this kerajaan pembunuh 😡
