

The Tofu Scramble was flavorful w/ a variety of tastes, textures, & colors which also means a wide range of nutrients. It included tofu, rice, spinach, onion, tomato, carrot, & probably turmeric. The side greens included what initially tasted like a raspberry vinaigrette but then popped w/ spice. Great for breakfast or post-workout! They use Vegware compostable utensils.
