Another great accidentally #vegan red chili sauce. Ideal to add to ... everything 🙌🏽
Here I used it to seasoned a fresh and boiled corn 🌽
the corn season has started now is more frequent to find people in the street selling this deliciousness 😍

We used to eat them just boiled with chili, salt and lime (this is the vegan option) you can also add vegan mayonnaise and vegan cheese.

A #nerdyfact about this variety of corn — it’s called -cacahuazintle- the common type to prepare pozole 💕 also fresh can be prepared just boiling it as here directly from the cob. Even though cacahuazintle is a variety, in Mexico we can find more than 12 different sub-types or sub-varieties of the same corn — a lot of research has been done in order to find the best and more nutritious cacahuazintle corn 🤓 plus the flavor is another important factor
