Unsweetened soy yogurt is a great base for breakfast. Mix it with granola or oats. My favorite way of preparing it is frozen yoghurt 🍨 Simply take one of these cups, add 300-400g of frozen fruits and blend. It makes an amazing and tasty froyo.
