Review of Vegan Potato Salad at Lucky Cat by turtleisland

This potato salad is the first I’ve ever had vegan and it’s not bad! A little too sour for my tastes and I would prefer the potatoes to be softer with less fresh veggies inside but we still finished everything in no time 😂🐱
