"Mozarella" for Pizza do Tivonit — Avaliação do der-minniefisch (17 de jun. de 2021)

A cashew-based alternative to mozarella. It has a very strong distinctive taste that reminds me of the Happy White camembert alternative.
We tried it on a plain pizza. It did not really melt, but it got nicely soft and the heat definitely improve the taste much. Seems legit, since it is meant to be used for pizza. 😉
