This is the only vegan option on the menu and when I asked for it they informed me that they didn’t have the vegan bacon 🙃 Without it, it’s a simple breakfast of tomatoes and mushroom (likely done on the pan with some basic spices) and sliced avo on top. The supposed ‘wild exotic mushrooms’ were plain old button mushrooms. Really not good enough #tryharder
