Review of Räucher-Tofu - Rewe Bio by nicolex

This smoked tofu is a staple in my kitchen. It’s not too firm, has a mild smoked taste and a good size👌 I love to use it in red lentil dahl, on hawaii pizza, in chickpea crêpes, ramen and curry 🍛 Tofu produced with calcium sulfate is a good source of calcium☺️ Calcium is the nutrient with the highest nutritional deficiency rate for vegans after iodine. You can also get it from kale/rocket/broccoli, sesame/flax seeds/almonds, plantmilks with red algae and mineral water😋 btw the picture on the front of the packaging looks so good😻 #tofu
