Have not seen #watermelon on the menu since I was at Yardbird - so I got a watermelon 🍉 sugar high when I saw this on the menu. The wood-fired roasted watermelon has a slight smoky char which adds depth to the sweet juiciness. The bitterness from the arugula leaves offsets the sweetness too.
