Toasted Turkish bread covered with vegan pesto and topped with fresh diced tomatoes, Spanish onions, vegan feta and parsley tossed in balsamic vinaigrette - @lillipadcafe

I loved everything about this except for the vegan cheese! You guys used to use @mylifebio and it was sooo much better! The pesto was amazing, I could have just eaten that out of a bowl with a spoon! Yum! 😍
