Fiery and deeply soothing, at RM11 this #spicy #tempeh represented good value. As a side dish or add-on, it comfortably feeds two, perhaps even three at a pinch 🙂
The texture is slightly moist on the outside by dint of the spicy marinade, in which the tempeh had been left to sit until it was tender and comprehensively flavoured. Tasted excellent 😋
Only issue was the copious use of single-use plastic (see second image) 😕
