While the taste of this roll was pretty good, it arrived split open making it impossible to pick up and eat. I had to eat it like a salad with a fork, and the wrapper was kind of useless . It consisted of Gluten free noodles, avocado, marinated tofu, red sauerkraut, mix vegetables and mint served with ginger velvet dressing and turmeric onions. The dressing was a little too heavy on the ginger for
my taste
