Mind blown by the tonkotsu-like broth! I added an extra portion of spring onions which helped to cut through the rich broth. It was really tasty and I finished every drop!

The eggless noodles had a good bite while the mock chashu was just ok with a texture similar to ham.

Overall, I really enjoyed the dish and hope it will be a permanent dish on the menu!
