Veggie Tempel Bremen

YUM – fast food at its best. I ordered the „Calzone Vegetaria“ in vegan (+1,50€).
The dough it SO good, crunchy and moist at the right places. The inside is filled with meaty soy pieces in a tomato sauce with loads of onions (probably shouldn‘t eat it on a date) and a bit of vegan cheese on the top.
Complaining on a high level: it could have some veggies in there.
It comes together with an oily herbal sauce which i didn’t really need but worked perfectly as a yummy salad sauce the next day.
Even though it’s quite expensive (29cm: 11€), it’s totally worth trying it, as I‘ve never even seen a vegan calzone in another restaurant. Also it’s so much, that i ate the rest the next day…

I think I have to drive to Bremen right away 😍 Do you think they would replace the onions with champignons if you ask them nicely? 🙋🏼♀️
