One of the yummiest vegan dishes I’ve ordered from a non-vegan restaurant! Packed with veggies, the carrots were cooked to perfection and just a wholesome, flavorful dish overall 🤤... my sister ordered the vegetarian version of this dish and said that the vegan version was yummier 😉
