I didn't personally eat this because it has gluten but my SO and my mom said it was really good! It has instructions to make vegan (i used flax egg, oil, and soy milk) unfortunately the directions are not the same for every oven. It said it would take about 20-25 minutes and ended up being about 40 to 45; took a decently long time to bake. Aside from that it's vegan and easy!
