This consisted of creamy po’Fredo (a blend of potato, fresh basil, coconut cream, and other spices), 🐷-free Mistaken For Bacon®, corn, and red bell peppers, topped with roasted jalapeño ranch and fresh green onions. The colorful toppings provided just the right balance of meaty, creamy, and juicy. The crust, as always, had a satisfyingly chewy crumb and crispy edges, with a light sprinkle of salt. #saveveganrestaurants
